During summer the system provides ducted cooling through two fan coil units allowing zone control to each level.

The energy consultant, Wayne Lording, recommend Solar Rooftop Power to offset operating costs of the heat pump, and Apricus Solar hot water to complete a very energy efficient package.

Two large family areas incorporate designer radiators providing individual control and the main living area has in-slab hydronic heating.
