Sydney’s seaside suburb of Manly is the perfect mix of city locale and coastal bliss. Our client wanted heating and cooling ideas for their soon to be constructed luxury apartment. They had heard that a radiant heating and cooling system would provide environmental control and a sense of home luxury. They were right!

Insulated polystyrene backed plasterboard was chosen for the ceiling, providing a well insulated surface to prevent energy loss. The ‘Plus’ range of floor panels was used due to the size of the space to be covered, and to create and maintain the ideal indoor environment, an intelligent control system was also used. This allows the system to be accessed and controlled remotely; this is extremely handy when you want to arrive home to a warm, cozy and embracing environment.
