Totalling 14 apartments, PBD Architects’ interior design features stone floors in the sophisticated interiors and RHCS was engaged to provide hydronic underfloor heating for the ultimate in thermal comfort to these hard surface floors.

Radiant underfloor heating achieves the highest levels of comfort but at a lower operating temperature than most convective air conditioning systems.

Built over four levels, all bedrooms, living areas and bathrooms are served with efficient heating from two central plant room gas boilers with individual metering each apartment to keeps energy costs under control.
